known by name is a Christian vocal band dedicated to helping people discover the hope of Jesus Christ and the truth that they are seen, known, and loved by God. Through uplifting music, inspiring live performances, and authentic digital content, the group creates experiences that encourage faith, foster belonging, and invite people to draw closer to Christ.
As a ministry initiative of j209 Ministries, known by name creates Christ-centered spaces where youth, young adults, and individuals of all faith backgrounds can gather, worship, build meaningful relationships, and grow in their faith. Through concerts, ministry partnerships, collaborations, and community outreach, known by name seeks to inspire hope, strengthen testimony, and remind every person that Jesus knows their name and is calling them closer.

Utah Christian Music Festival • Vision
j209 Ministries envisions establishing a Christ-centered music festival in Utah that brings people together through music, worship, storytelling, and community. Designed to welcome individuals, families, youth, and young adults from all faith backgrounds, the festival would create opportunities for people to experience hope, healing, belonging, and authentic connection.
Through live performances, inspiring speakers, service opportunities, and shared experiences, this future initiative would create a space where people can encounter God, strengthen their faith, and build lasting relationships with others seeking to follow Jesus Christ. Our hope is that the festival will become a place where people feel seen, known, loved, and invited to take one step closer to Him.
